3. Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request does not confirm a booking. Appointments are confirmed only after Aurevia accepts the requested time or offers an alternative.

4. Pricing and Services

Prices, treatment durations, memberships and available enhancements may change from time to time. Current pricing and availability will be confirmed when you book.

5. Memberships

Membership benefits, credits, pauses and cancellation conditions are governed by the membership terms provided at enrolment. Membership credits have no cash value and are subject to the conditions stated on the Memberships page or in your membership agreement.

6. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to change an appointment. Late arrivals may shorten the available treatment time to avoid affecting other clients. Applicable cancellation charges will be communicated during booking.

7. Intellectual Property

The Aurevia name, website design, written content and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or reused without permission.
