How it works
One monthly credit. Flexible use. Less friction.
Each membership includes a monthly treatment credit that can be used toward eligible services. If you prefer a different treatment, you can apply the credit value and pay the difference. Members also receive priority booking and selected studio benefits.
Memberships are billed monthly after a three-month initial term. After the initial term, they continue month-to-month until cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Membership FAQ
Can unused credits roll over?
One unused monthly credit may roll forward for up to 60 days while your membership remains active. Credits older than that expire.
Can I pause my membership?
After the three-month initial term, one pause of up to two consecutive months is available per 12-month period with 14 days’ notice.
Are memberships transferable?
Memberships and monthly credits are personal and are not transferable, although gift memberships are available separately.
How do I cancel?
After the initial three-month term, provide 30 days’ written notice. Any valid unused credit can be used during the notice period.
